Ingredients
- 4 sirloin steaks 4-6 oz each
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper

Preheat the air fryer to 200C/400F.

Air fry the steaks for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
