Hash Brown Casserole
1 large bag frozen hash browns (thawed)
1 medium onion chopped fine
3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
8 oz. dairy sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 can condensed mushroom & garlic soup
1 cup cooked crumbled bacon
salt and Pepper
half a box of crushed cheese flavored crackers
1/2 cup (1 stick) melted butter.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix well in a large bowl all ingredients except the crackers and butter. Transfer mixture to a well greased 9x13-inch pan. Top with the crushed crackers and melted butter.
Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
