When you first enter our forum you will be a Guest, and your activities here will be somewhat restricted. After a time, you may be moved into the Member group. There, you will find you have much more freedom to participate. We do this to help root out problem children who might ruin the forum for everyone else.
Be considerate and respectful of others here and you should get along fine. If you have a problem with someone, don't try to work it out on the board. Take it to Email, PM, or somewhere else. If that doesn't work, you can put the person on ignore and you won't even know they're around, or you can PM staff and we'll look into it and see what needs to be done.
Not all folders here allow signatures. We'd like people to be able to read and enjoy the creative postings without having to sift through a bunch of images. Especially images which have nothing to do with the poem or story they're trying to read.
If you're a writer and would like a personal folder for your works, please PM staff and we'll get you set up. Writers can have two folders for their personal works. A public folder, and a restricted access folder for works not suitable for all age groups.
Access to restricted access folders must be requested, and you must provide proof of age. You can contact a staff member to request access and provide proof of age. They'll let you know what is they need.
