Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 large egg

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

  1. Heat the air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) according to manufacturer's instructions. Line the air fryer basket with a piece of parchment paper.

  2. Combine mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, and garlic powder in a bowl until well mixed. Press into a circle on the parchment in the basket.
