Ingredients
1cuphoisin sauce
1cupwhite sugar
½cupsoy sauce
½cuptomato paste
⅓cupwhite wine
¼cupchopped garlic
2tablespoonshot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco), or to taste
2poundsbaby back ribs, cut into 1-inch riblets
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Combine hoisin sauce, sugar, soy sauce, tomato paste, white wine, garlic, and hot sauce in large bowl; mix well.
Place riblets in a large roasting pan. Bake in the preheated oven, uncovered, for 45 minutes. Pour sauce over riblets; toss to coat. Continue baking until riblets are tender and sauce has thickened, stirring often, about 45 minutes more.
