Using Quick Reply To All
Using this feature is as easy as clicking on the link Quick Reply To All found below the last message of thread you're viewing.
The quick reply posting tool will open and you can enter your content for posting. Quick Reply has a very basic WYSIWYG editor. Type your message, and click Post and your message will be posted to the board addressed to ALL.
If you want more message creation features you can click the More button and you will be taken to the post page, where you will have use of the full WYSIWYG editor seen here.
